PHWinner Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

Welcome to PHWinner. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "Player," or "User") and PHWinner ("we," "us," or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the PHWinner website, mobile interface, games, betting services, and all related features available at phwinner.net.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration. Providing false details — including a false name, date of birth, or contact number — is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure without refund of any bonus balances.

One Account Per Person: PHWinner enforces a strict one-account-per-person policy. Creating multiple accounts — whether under different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — is prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances forfeited. If you have accidentally created a duplicate account, contact PHWinner support immediately to have it resolved.

PHWinner reserves the right to decline any registration application at its absolute discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

PHWinner is required to verify the identity of its members as part of its obligations under anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) standards. You may be asked to provide identity verification documents at any point during your membership, including:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (Philippine passport, UMID, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's licence, or voter's ID)
• Proof of current residential address (recent utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate — dated within 90 days)
• A selfie holding your ID alongside a handwritten note confirming your PHWinner account
• Proof of payment method ownership (a screenshot of your registered GCash or Maya wallet showing your name and mobile number)

PHWinner may request verification at any time — upon registration, before your first withdrawal, following a large win, or if unusual account activity is detected. Withdrawals may be held pending successful completion of verification. This is standard practice for all licensed gaming platforms and is not a penalty — it protects both you and the integrity of the platform.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. PHWinner does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is received from a payment source not registered to the account holder, the deposit will be reversed and the funds returned to the source account minus any applicable transaction fees.

Deposits are generally credited to your PHWinner wallet balance instantly or within a few minutes depending on the payment provider's processing time. PHWinner is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, bank processing windows, or scheduled maintenance periods on payment platforms.

PHWinner processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protects the integrity of player fund flows. If withdrawal to the original payment method is not available, PHWinner's support team will guide you through alternative options.

Withdrawal processing timelines by account tier are as follows:

• Standard accounts (Starter/Bronze/Silver): 15–60 minutes to GCash or Maya; up to 3 hours for bank transfers via InstaPay/PESONet.
• Gold VIP accounts: Priority processing, typically within 15 minutes to GCash/Maya.
• Diamond VIP accounts: Instant 24/7 processing, typically within 5 minutes to any supported Philippine payment method.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for fully verified accounts; however, withdrawals above ₱50,000 may be subject to additional verification documentation at PHWinner's discretion.

PHWinner does not charge withdrawal fees for standard withdrawals via GCash, Maya, or InstaPay. Certain bank transfer methods may carry fees imposed by the receiving bank, which are outside PHWinner's control.

Withdrawal requests submitted during active wagering requirement periods related to bonus funds will be processed only after the applicable wagering requirement is completed, unless the player elects to forfeit the outstanding bonus balance.

PHWinner offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing members, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, VIP monthly rewards, and refer-a-friend incentives. The following general terms apply to all PHWinner bonuses unless specifically stated otherwise in the individual promotion's terms:

• One bonus per promotion per player: Each promotion may only be claimed once per verified account, household, IP address, and payment method. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times using different accounts will result in forfeiture of all bonus balances across all accounts.
• Wagering requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., "10× bonus" means you must wager the bonus value ten times before it can be withdrawn). The specific requirement for each promotion is stated in that promotion's individual terms.
• Validity period: Bonuses must be used within the stated validity period (typically 7–30 days from credit date). Unused or unmet bonus balances are forfeited at the end of the validity period without notice.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets, casino games, and fishing games generally contribute 100% unless otherwise specified. Certain game categories may contribute at a reduced rate or be excluded entirely from wagering requirement calculations.
• Maximum bet with active bonus: While a bonus wagering requirement is active, the maximum single bet or wager is capped at ₱500 per round or betting event. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and any resulting winnings being voided.

All games available on the PHWinner platform — whether live dealer, RNG (random number generator), or sports betting markets — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game environment. In the event of a conflict between a game's specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules take precedence for that particular game category.

Technical Errors: In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — including live stream disconnection, RNG software error, or network interruption on PHWinner's side — the affected bet will be voided and the stake returned to the player's wallet balance. PHWinner is not responsible for technical issues on the player's own device or internet connection.

Void Bets: A bet may be declared void by PHWinner in circumstances including: event cancellation, incorrect odds published due to a technical error, match abandonment, or verified data feed errors on sports betting markets. Void bets are returned to the player's balance in full.

Dispute Process: If you believe a game result or bet settlement is incorrect, you must raise a dispute within 7 days of the result being posted. Disputes raised after this window will not be investigated. To raise a dispute, contact PHWinner's support team via live chat or email at support@phwinner.net with your account details, the relevant game/bet reference, and a description of the issue. PHWinner will acknowledge disputes within 24 hours and resolve them within 5 business days.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the PHWinner platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances (including real-money funds obtained through prohibited activity), and may be reported to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with games
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through collusion with other players, dealers, or third parties
• Using PHWinner to launder money or conduct any transaction connected to illegal activity
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using a VPN or proxy to disguise your true location
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or display errors to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors must be reported and will be voided
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening PHWinner staff or other members through any communication channel
• Providing false identity documentation during verification
• Creating or operating a PHWinner account on behalf of another person

PHWinner is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. Gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — never a financial strategy or a way to solve personal financial problems. The following tools are available to all PHWinner members at no cost and with no impact on VIP status:

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit cap. Once set, a deposit limit can only be reduced immediately; increases require a 7-day cooling-off period to take effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Set an optional reminder to notify you when you have been logged in for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets. Cooling-off periods cannot be reversed once applied.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your PHWinner account and exclude yourself from re-registering. Self-exclusion is permanent and irreversible. Any balance in the account at the time of self-exclusion will be refunded to your registered payment method after standard KYC verification.

PHWinner collects and processes your personal data in connection with your account registration, KYC verification, transaction processing, and platform usage. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, PHWinner's liability to any member arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the amount deposited by that member in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

PHWinner is not liable for:

• Losses arising from the outcome of bets or games — gambling involves risk and all players accept the possibility of financial loss when they wager
• Service interruptions caused by events outside PHWinner's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet infrastructure failures, natural disasters, government actions, or third-party payment provider outages
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses, regardless of how they arise

Nothing in these Terms limits PHWinner's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

Closure by the Member: You may close your PHWinner account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method following verification, provided the account is in good standing with no outstanding disputes, active wagering requirements, or outstanding bonus obligations.

Closure by PHWinner: PHWinner reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account that is found to be in violation of these Terms. In cases of confirmed fraud, identity falsification, money laundering activity, or systematic bonus abuse, PHWinner may close an account and withhold the balance pending investigation. PHWinner will cooperate fully with any law enforcement investigation in such circumstances.

Where an account is closed by PHWinner for reasons unrelated to Terms violations — for example, PHWinner's decision to withdraw from a specific market — affected members will be given 30 days' notice and a full refund of their account balance will be processed.

PHWinner may update or amend these Terms at any time to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, platform features, or business practices. When material changes are made, PHWinner will notify active members via the registered email address or an in-platform notification at least 14 days before the updated Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the PHWinner platform following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should close your account before the effective date of the change. These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. By using the PHWinner platform, you agree that any legal dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

PHWinner is committed to resolving disputes through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. Most issues raised by PHWinner members are resolved within 5 business days of first contact without the need for formal proceedings.
